BWO is founded in August of 2013 in Williamsburg, New York. Founder Leo Li is a film director and a world traveler as well. He traveled around the world,and eventually met his “Soul City”-Brooklyn in New York. He was captivated by the lifestyles of the people of Brooklyn , and was inspired by culture diversity of the big apple, so Brooklyn Williamsburg office * 棉 was founded.
